BNTEA Managment Team
Mr Sakpoho is a Communicative English Language Specialist and Managing Director of Benin Foundation for Language Apprenticeship and Promotion of Executives (BFLAPE). He is one of the key founding members of BNTEA and has been at the heart of the institution’s growth since 2011. Before his election as President, Gafoudou has been BNTEA’s Vice-President for four (4) years.
Jean Olivier Cheou
Mr M. Jean Olivier CHEOU is teacher of English and also Teaching Advisor. Despite his 20 years of experience, his desire to continue learning and teaching English as a foreign language led him to undertake his post graduate studies in American studies at the University of Abomey-Calavi. He has been recently appointed principal of a secondary school in Abomey-Calavi. His cute knowledge of humain nature made him a very sociable and inspiring teacher and friend to the younger generation.

Chimene has got a Master’s Degree in English Didactics and is currently a teacher of English in secondary school.
Mr Tchada is a doctoral student in Applied Linguistics at the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin. His passion for literature led to the publication of his debut novel, “The Untamed Destiny” in September 2018. His strictness and integrity have made him an excellent BNTEA treasurer since 2013.
Ayawavi Blandine Akonde
Ayawavi Akonde is holder of a Master’s Degree and has been a teacher of English since 2007. She is a very dedicated member of BNTEA.
Mrs Tohon is a teacher of English and PhD student at the University of Abomey-Calavi. She has great interest in teachers associations issues and has been an excellent member of BNTEA.
