Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of application and issue of your membership card. The following are required for your membership card:
  • If you are submitting a hard copy of your application, attach one passport photograph. Sign at the back of the photograph; please, don’t write your name at the back of the photograph.
  • If you are submitting your application by e-mail, please, remember to attach separate scanned copies of your passport photograph and signature.

- Until BNTEA’s bank account is available, the various fees are paid in cash to BNTEA Treasury.

- You are required to pay both your membership due and your first month due at the beginning of your membership.

- Your membership can’t be confirmed and a membership card issued to you until the due fees are paid.

- A receipt is issued to you as soon as the payment is made.

Note: This is a two-year membership. Current members with more than two years of membership have to apply to renew their membership. Current members with less than two years of membership can fill out this form for a new membership. New members who have already paid have to fill in this form for BNTEA records. The latter should contact the treasurer for their receipts.
